Sweet Maple Grove is a community and nature based education program in Newburyport, MA. Consider us the place where your family can take root and blossom in our nurturing indoor and outdoor learning environment
while connecting with nature, the arts, and the community.

Montessori Inspired
We consider our program a Montessori without borders approach. This approach incorporates various educational and life philosophies to guide children to discover their true selves and explore the world around them while being guided by and connected to a supportive community.
Nature Focused
We spend most of our time outdoors exploring the forest behind our family home and interacting with the materials in the outdoor classroom. We do this while experiencing the seasonal changes and witnessing the impact these changes have on the learning environment.
Mindfully Created
We emphasize the importance of children being self aware when they interact with the environment and their community. We believe that children move what they are learning from their head, to their hearts, through their hands. Creative opportunities give children the chance to mindfully experience this process while becoming more self aware in the process.
